These outlines present must-have principles and rules in a visually organized form which enhances the memorization process.

 

     Memorizing pages covered with a series of monotonous, similar lines is much more challenging than retaining information provided in a visual way. For this reason, the layout is different in each page, and the page color is different for each subject (ex.: yellow for Civil Procedure, blue for Constitutional law, red for Contracts, etc.). Also, without compromising text-level fluency, concepts are described with complete sentences, but within a graphic pattern. In this way, we combine the completeness of typical textbooks with the immediacy of flashcards.

 

      Finally, when possible, rules (such as Federal Rules of Civil Procedure) are reported verbatim for two main reasons:​

1) Paraphrasing may lead to errors, and

2) Reporting the legal text in its official form helps deliver a more professional product when legal writing is    

    involved. This applies especially to foreigners whose vocabulary may be more limited and less sophisticated

   than that of English native speakers.
